OPERACIONES POR TELÉFONO / CHAT

La mesa de ejecución de HFM está disponible para todos los titulares de cuentas HFM. Los clientes pueden cerrar y gestionar órdenes por teléfono a través del escritorio de ejecución, cuando sea necesario. Recuerde que las solicitudes se limitan a establecer detenciones/límites para cerrar o gestionar posiciones abiertas. El escritorio de ejecución no puede realizar órdenes de mercado o órdenes para abrir nuevas posiciones.

¿CUÁNDO DEBERÍA LLAMAR A LA MESA DE OPERACIÓN?

All HFM clients are encouraged to call the Trading desk under the following situations:

• Falta de acceso inmediato a Internet
• El inversor no recibe la confirmación de una orden realizada en línea
• Error de Internet o error de conexión con el servidor de HFM

ETIQUETA DE OPERACIONES POR TELÉFONO

Para garantizar que se realizan las órdenes a tiempo y correctamente, animamos a los clientes que contacten con el escritorio de ejecución que sigan la etiqueta de operaciones por teléfono de la mesa de ejecución. Es importante leer el ejemplo siguiente para asegurar que comprende la etiqueta adecuada.

Example: Trading Desk Etiquette to close or manage a trade via the Phone:

When calling the Trading desk, the trader should immediately specify their HFM account number relating to the trade they want to manage or close.

Execution Desk: 'Can I have your phone password, please?'

Trader: 'My phone password is 12345.'

Execution Desk: 'Can you please confirm the mailing address and email relating to this account?'

Trader: 'My address is 1234 Forex Street and my email is [email protected]'

Execution Desk: 'Can I have the name on this account please? '

Note: Our staff acts as an agent to place the trade on your behalf and not as a dealer quoting a price. Therefore, after you express the order request, our staff will inform you as to the status of the order and confirm the price of the order. HFM will not be liable for the price change between the time the Trader requests an execution and the time the request is actually executed.

Important: Make sure that you have on hand all information pertaining to the trade
including: trade ticket number, time of the trade, and nature of the problem.
The trade will be audited, and, when necessary, an adjustment will be made in
a timely manner.
