The Euro Bund futures contract is EUREX most popular contract on a long-term German government Bond. The maturity of the band is within 8.5 to 10.5 years, with a coupon of 6%. Such debt securities must have a minimum issue amount of EUR 5 billion. It is considered the benchmark for long-term euro-denominated government debt.
